Apple Issues Update Signaling iPhone Compatibility With AT&T's MicroCell

Today arrived such a "carrier settings" update for the carrier Orange Austria. Since then we have Orange 3.1 in "iPhone - Settings - General - Info" instead of one 3.0

If this service uses you existing broadband, will it violate the TOS of my Time Warner Cable? Why pay extra what for the service AT&T should be providing with the iPhone now?

I'm thinking it's not just the 3G iPhone, but the other "Gazillion" 3G phones on the AT&T market...
