Apple Keynote Event Scheduled for Early September?

i really hope there is a price drop to the imac line announced at the keynote.

WWDC was the summer keynote, announcing price drops for the macbook pro's

so now this keynote is the Fall version, and since rumors state they are planning on dropping the price of the imacs in the fall, it should happen here.

And why should it happen here, at an event that has been SOLELY music related every September for the past several years?

Its not gonna happen. If they plan on talking about anything Mac related, it will happen at a different event, most likely in October like last year. Not sure why you think it "should happen here," when Apples been very focused on their September music events for years now.

I don't understand why everyone speculates so much about these September events. Every year people speculate, and every year Apple does the same thing. Especially with the past 2-3 years they have gotten into a pretty predictable yearly routine, so there should be no surprises.
