Probably will purchase. The 12 PM battery case I got on Amazon is just okay. I bet this will be much better. Wish it came out sooner though.

Where do you see it charges at 5w/ It was 15W

It's interesting that it can be used as a 15w MagSafe charger when plugged in, but that seems a bit counterintuitive. Wouldn't it be better to fast charge when used without a cable, assuming most people are like me and realize you're down on battery exactly at the point where you need to keep using the iPhone for longer? Perhaps the thought is that people will just stick the battery pack onto your phone, like the wallet, and leave it there until you need to charge it and/or the phone?

I think the point of this is for long day trips where you might not have a charger or outlet available. That extra 1460 mah combined with the the battery efficiency already offered by Apple will probably result in at least 3 more hours of screen on time if not more, which will help with battery anxiety, much like the kind I had when camping 2 weekends ago.

Upon closer look, it also says 11.13 watt hours, which is pretty impressive
Yes. That’s a full iPhone 12 Pro which has 10.78 WH. It’s about voltage too.

It’s only about a 50% charge for a pro max, which is probably 35-40 wirelessly. But it’s small and convenient so it’s worth it for those extra long days where you’re out and don’t want a huge battery in your pocket.

Quick question, i'm seeing 14.7 will be the update to enable this MagSafe charging thing to work, but for those on iOS 15 Beta, i'm assuming there will be an update coming soon for that?
