Perhaps you should try them instead of writing things like this? Just because a brand have had some bad products in the past doesn't mean all future products needs to follow the same trend.
The Beats Studio3 are decent. You can get better audio quality and active noise cancellation elsewhere, but they do provide you with the benefits of the Apple W1 chip (easy pairing and switching between Apple devices, market leading range and battery life) and one thing they have that pretty much every other lacks is actual useable microphone.
They feature a very V-shaped audio profile. This provides a focused, but rather narrow soundstage. It's great for spoken word (podcasts, audiobooks etc..) and for commutes as its easier to hear the audio in noise environments when the soundstage is narrow and in focus instead of wide and spacious. The active noise cancellation is decent, but not the same level as Bose QC35 and Sony WH1000XM2/3.
Overall its a rather decent package, especially for Apple users due to the Apple W1-chip.
