For anyone who does have the beta, and has installed it. I'd be very curious to know if you can rate and leave a review for an app when you are using the beta.

I'm really hoping Apple has decided to limit this functionality for the betas, as it is a little unfair to rate or review an app poorly based on a beta OS.

Do I must have installed public beta for OS X to have the change to get access for the public iOS Beta? I really want the iOS Beta 8.3.

I am running the 10.10.3 OSX beta but I don't think it's needed

According to 9 to 5 mac, it's rolling out slowly to everyone so will appear in the next hours. "Note: The program is still rolling out. A link to join the iOS program may not appear immediately upon registration"

According to TechCrunch, you have to be selected to participate in a random manner.

According to the verge, "It's worth nothing that we've so far been unable to access the iOS signup page, so it's unclear if Apple is limiting the beta to randomly selected users; the OS X program was first-come, first-served. Plenty of mentions of iOS are visible in the FAQ section, though. The link to sign up is here. If all you see is information on the OS X Yosemite program, you may be out of luck. We've pinged Apple for comment regarding just how it's handling the iOS beta."

Not sure what the deal is.

I don't have the link on the page to download the iOS betas yet, but in the FAQ's there's lots of instructions about installing iOS beta's and getting back to public builds of iOS once beta periods end, etc.

So I think it'll appear soon enough.

Looks like they are finally really trying with these iOS and OS X releases now. The more people that test, the better.

Also, it's early. I thought Apple would introduce public iOS testing with the iOS 9 betas.

I signed up on the first day for the OS X beta and don't have an iOS beta link.

I've got an email from apple:
"Thank you for participating in the OS X Beta Program. For the first time ever, we are broadening the program to include the all-new iOS Beta."
