Fuuuuuuuckkkkkk

OH FFS!!!! Been trying for 45 minutes, and still getting error 100 in AU store. FFFFFFFFFFFFAAARRRRRKKKKK!!!!

The Netherlands too. Perhaps more a European issue then? Could be that our servers are just not ready.

I'm here in Nijmegen, the Netherlands and I can't download too. Guess its indeed a European Issue, since there are lots of people from Britain complaining too here.

When that article went up a couple of days ago for the Up-to-Date form, I filled it out, but I never got my redeem code. I tried filling out the form again today, but I get an error message that says my serial number was already submitted. I called Apple Support and the representative said that my redemption code is currently being processed and I'll have an email sometime this week. Agh, shouldn't have submitted it that day!

If macrumors alone has 12 pages of posts on this topic at the first half hour of the release, you can imagine how many people are actually trying to download the new OS!

I got it downloaded. Before I start to install it, how do I make a copy of the installer, so I don't have re-download two more times for my other computers?

Installing now. Estimated 34 minutes on my 2012 27" i7 iMac with SSD.

19 minutes left but actually only been installing for 5 minutes. Must be the SSD it is not accounting for.

2011 MBA with SSD: somewhere between 30 and 40 minutes left after 823MB downloaded.

It really does depend on
  1. your connection
  2. Apple's CDN that you connect to

...so there won't be any consistency about your download speed. Whether you're downloading to an SSD, Hard Drive, Flash drive, ZIP drive or tape array, it shouldn't matter. Cassette might be an issue.

If you successfully purchased it, and you're dead slow, you should be able to close the App store and reopen it to have it restart (maybe taking a different route.) You could also reboot and see if that helps.

Horribly broken still here.

At one point it went into Launchpad, but then AFTER that showed the error. And it's still not showing under my purchased items in the App Store...

It's still in Launchpad as "Waiting". Weird as heck.
