Same here!!! I got the 2 emails one with the pdf and one with the password. Opened up the PDF got the code and put it in the app store
This code has already been used. Each code may only be used once.
Looks like their PDF generator is spitting out the same codes...

No luck here in the UK yet, I am sure this is done on purpose to create some hype. Unfortunately it just looks unprofessional from a company that makes money from downloads (iTunes etc.)

Such a ripoff the NZ, the AUD and NZD are virtually at parity and ML is 20.99$ here. Not a lot but still a bit of a rip.
Not a big deal, but the description is missing a bullet point before the Dictation feature in the Other great Mountain Lion features section.
Also, the Mac App Store says Downloading. Didn't it simply say Installing before?

2011 MBA with SSD: somewhere between 30 and 40 minutes left after 823MB downloaded.
It really does depend on
- your connection
- Apple's CDN that you connect to
...so there won't be any consistency about your download speed. Whether you're downloading to an SSD, Hard Drive, Flash drive, ZIP drive or tape array, it shouldn't matter. Cassette might be an issue.
If you successfully purchased it, and you're dead slow, you should be able to close the App store and reopen it to have it restart (maybe taking a different route.) You could also reboot and see if that helps.
