I saw the updated WWDC page before MacRumors posted this and immediately I had to come here to see the analysis. This conference is going to be huge. I can see it already. They're doing everything different this year.

That's what I hate, all the different stuff they are doing. I hope this years WWDC will blow us out of the water.

I'd like to go, but my fear of planes will prevent me from going there (that, and also, I don't have any money to get there and I doubt that I'd be picked).

What will we get this time???

Limited edition Jony Ive signature Mac Pro cases.
But no new Mac Pros.

For anyone going there....PLEASE....
ask them these questions:

- What happened to your QA staffs?
- Why solder mbps and other mac computers?
- Why aren't you guys up to date with technology and mac pro?
- Why are you so obsessed with Green Life?
- Why did you shift direction with directions and common sense?
- Expandability?
- Are you insane?
Sounds like you should be using other products if soldering and up-to-date tech are bothering you at this point.

 Que the people picking apart the random shapes in the image... Wait....
You beat me to it. I like the change in the artwork from the streaming style they have been using for the last few years. Any change in Apple art, someone will complain about it if only for they can complain. The change from the CD icon to the Musical Note icon generated complaints that were totally pathetic.

I am, as part of my job.
Swift has come a long way since the launch of it just under two years ago. I'm still running into clients that refuse to switch over from Objective-C due to an existing code base.

From that, it is creating a split in those looking for this type of work. One are Obj-C developers going back years. The others are those that want to only work on the new stuff. If Google follows through on their adoption of it, I'm sure the compiler design will get the swift kick in the pants it deserves (pun intended.)

You working in Swift on a commercial product release? I have worked with several whom say it is not mature enough for production code.

Then there is that bizarre Forth community that goes back to the Apple ][ days and it is somehow still supported on the Mac.

It doesn't. And no... Just because it's soldering doesn't indicate that I need to look elsewhere. Try again.
If my comment annoys you.. You should be looking elsewhere.
