Too bad this will be one of the softest launches ever. Now that carrier subsidies appear to be going away.
I'm not paying $700 for a phone. Doubt most other folks will.

You always were paying that price anyway, carriers just recouped the costs in other ways. Do you really think carriers were eating 500-600 per phone?

That rose gold is beautiful. I have a fossil watch that is similar in color. But those white bands ugly it up.

I think I'll stick with my iPhone 6 plus. But I'll probably get the note 5 as secondary phone. I'll just wait until iPhone 7 to upgrade my iPhone.

One page of Apple's website says both phones have Optic Image/Video Stabilization. The other page says that it is only a feature on the 6s+ I hope they can clear this. Because i want OIS

First of all: Shame on Apple for the 16Gb entry level iPhone 6s and for the misleading way they continue to use to announce iPhone prices.

For the rest of the keynote, there was an impressive amount of stuff there, but nothing that appeals to me: I don't want an Apple Watch (my 150,- Polar M400 has GPS and does all the fitness tracking I need; I don't want to be more "connected" than that...), the iPad Pro is too large and expensive (more intrigued by an HP Spectre), and I haven't owned a TV in 20 years (If I had one, even if it was only to watch rented movies, I'd have to pay an extra 3-figure annual tax for it).

In contrast, I'm very pleased with the announcement of the iPhone 6s, mainly because it leads to a drop in the price of the iPhone 6. I'm not interested in any of the iPhone 6s' new features: I don't need an incrementally faster phone; I'm not gaming on my phone, I think 3D Touch is a huge UI error; and packing ever more pixels in a device limited by the physics of its optic seems pointless to me (4K for a <1cm-wide device!!). But I'll happily buy an unlocked iPhone 6 (64Gb) for >120 EUR less than in the EU when I'll be stateside next week :)

People were actually paying more than the unlocked price. I can't believe people didn't realize that they were paying the full price of the phone but just in installments.

I haven't usted and Apple Watch so Correct me if i'm wrong bit I believe you Only have the option to touch and fource touch on the Apple Watch, 2D. On the iPhone 6s you can touch, peek and touch harder flor a 3rd acción, 3D touch.

I do not have a watch.
On the MacBooks you have touch (move mouse), click and hard click. Not their terminology.

Girlfriend won't let me buy a "pink iPhone" so probably going with either silver or gold. Probably down sizing to the 6s. 6 Plus has been nice, but maybe a little too big for a phone.

I see there was no mention of AT&T WiFi calling. I have it on my phone right now with the iOS 9 beta, I hope they don't take it away! :)
