Here's the current tracks with Spatial Audio with Dolby Atmos.

Listening to positions - Ariana and switching Spatial Audio on/off and I can't tell the difference :(
It hasn't been released yet server-side. When it is you'll be able to see the icon under the album art.
Also...the spatial audio setting in AirPods max has nothing to do with it.
Dolby Atmos in Apple Music will work on any headphone on the planet.

Ok I’ll wait for it to be officially released.
Just so you’re completely clear, the playlist linked above isn’t some sort of unofficial leak, the feature is just not yet accessible - that’s the reason you can’t tell the difference.

I assume that it will be preceded by a minor update. Both on the Mac, the iPad and the iPhone, there are changes required within the preferences/settings menu in order to manages Lossless. So while it may allow Spatial Audio by activating on the server side, I believe we will see a minor update to enable the Lossless.

That's my uneducated guess at least.
Edit: Then again they mentioned Spatial Audio is being released today, and were silent about lossless, so...

The intringuing aspect for me is that Apple have said that Atmos for music will work with all the headphone. How?. No hardware requirements exist for this?. Their own H1 and W1 headphones will play it automatically, but if you go to settings and turn atmos manually on, it will work with every headphone.
The processing for Atmos happens in your phone. The hardware in Apple's headphones/earbuds is only required for "dynamic head tracking," which is the feature that will orient the surround sound to your iPhone/iPad screen if you're watching a movie with Dolby Atmos sound. Listening to music doesn't need the head-tracking feature, so any headphones can play the binaural output required for surround sound in your ears.

Yeah but remember that was taped. Apple broke their own servers from the looks of it and bailed on the event. QC has gone out the window with Apple.
