I agree though I ended up with YouTube Music after trying Spotify again. YTM has the best niche and remix catalog of anybody for me.

I live in unsupported country - Bulgaria. Officially Google assistant is not supported at all and can’t be downloaded. I downloaded it with second Apple ID - US one. And I have no problem using Google nest product for years even with Spotify. I have Apple Music payed and wanted to link to my Google products. I use VPN and change my phone location in setting and Apple Music showed up in assistant, already tricked Google to think I‘m in US, but I can’t trick Apple to link.So far.

Appears to also arrived overnight in the UK. Took nearly three days not the one as announced on Monday!! I wonder if now they set a precedent if they will link anything else from Apple into Google Assistant? Apple TV+ perhaps to work like Netflix and Disney+? Although I guess they might draw the line at Apple Homekit and Google Home cross compatibility! But be great if they did...

Yeah Home app received an update today and Apple Music is now available as an option.

Will add our family account to it and that will be that.
 
Showed up for me last night. It works, but unfortunately Google Assistant keeps giving me the live/alternate versions of songs that I request. If I wanted to listen to crowds clapping and screaming, I would ask for crowds clapping and screaming lol.
 
How are people finding it on Nest devices ? Is Apple Music show how aware of where it’s being played?
 
Canada finally added today. Played with it this evening and it absolutely does not recognize play lists you have made or are provided by Apple Music. Appears to be tuned only for searching albums and artists.

Finally!!! I just bought an Echo Show 8 just for the ability to play Apple Music. It’s going back now so I can just use my Google Nest Home Hub displays.
