Spatial audio (as such, for movies), will be available for M1 Macs and the ATV4K in the fall. But Atmos for Apple Music is a completely different thing, and it will work in all headphones.

Is it only for the new 4K apple TV?

This is a fan made playlist. These songs themselves haven't been enabled for Spatial Audio yet (as of this writing).

No, it’s not. Stereo is stereo. Binaural rendering is quite a different technology and requires the source to be mastered as such.

PD: Is perfectly possible (from a technical point of view), to make hidden settings visible with a server side update.

The support document about lossless audio says that it requires Mac Os 11.4, TVOS 14.6 and IOS 14.6, so we are ready to go.

Yes. Saw an article saying there would ne special spatial playlists But none yet.

Spatial audio is a special Apple feature. Google what it is as it will be better explained.

That event was supposed to happen at 12pm PST / 3pm EST (1 hour 15 min ago as of this post), and it never happened.

I’m currently getting Spatial stereo on a Weeknd song. Song, not music video Spatial stereo. Using AirPod Pros

I found the song, and toggling spatial audio on/off on my Airpods Pro Max isn't making a difference, for me at least. Don't know if that means a staggered roll out, but I know it will be fairly obvious to tell the difference.
