Anyone in te UK?

Has anyone in the UK received anything at all yet? all seems to be US at the moment.
I requested November 12, sent it off and had "Product replacement pending" since November 19.

Took exactly a month to get the shipping labels. But now I'm wondering about just retiring the old 1G nano for display purposes since they are now replacing them with 6G ones....

I got my replacement request confirmation email on Nov. 21. The shipping box to send my iPod arrived yesterday evening. I'm in Canada if that matters.

I just spoke to Apple Uk and they said that I should receive the replacement either next week or the first week of Jan.
They also said that it will be a 1st gen replacement.

Got mine today and it doesn't work properly. Cannot change the brightness and you can't charge it or connect to iTunes (apparently the cord interface is inoperable). Nice

(Before anyone says anything, my wife and I each have a 16GB version so I know how they should work)

I've been waiting exactly 6 weeks and a iPod Nano 6th Gen has turned up with 90 days warranty.

I'm in the UK

finally

just got the envelope to ship the old nano back. hope its not a huge turn around. not complaining but I had just given it to my nephew a week before the recall notice. now he has had no music player for a few weeks.

UK Replacement Arriving Today

Just checked my Repair Status which has been pending replacement since November 17th...

December 28, 2011: Replacement Product Shipped
Shipped via UPS with tracking number xxxxxxxxxx

Checked with UPS and it should be delivered today!

Better Still, I checked the serial number in the email from Apple and it is definitely a 6th generation Nano.

SWEET! :D

In Australia, I had to lodge my iPod Nano with Australia Post. They provided me with packing and sent it away free of charge. So I didn't have to wait around for a return envelope from Apple.

In other news, It took exactly one month from the time that Apple received my iPod Nano to ship a replacement. From the looks of the tracking, i'll be getting it tomorrow (warehouse is only 100km away from me).

Judging by the serial number, i'm getting a 6th Gen replacement with warranty up until Dec 2012.

Couldn't be happier! I was hoping to get a replacement 6th Gen.

doh!

Doh!, apple shipped with pretty much no notification. I didn't get any email, nothing. I was away for xmas, and the package was delivered on the 23rd, nobody home, 24th, nobody home, 27th, nobody home, now sent back to apple.

great planning, and signature required even though I have a release. Now, I wonder what they will do, ship it again, or simply cancel out the order?

Our replacement is dead. My wife had it clipped to her pants and it accidentally
took a dive into a toilet days after we received it. We purchased up a 16GB as a replacement. Truth be told, the 1st gen will always be iconic. I think that Apple is doing a pretty good job at a world wide replacement effort.

Got my 6th gen silver 8gb nano today. Thanks, Apple.

Now the wife wants to throw out the old stereo system w/dock because it doesn't charge the new nano, ha.

I submitted two nanos for replacement. Both within a day of each other. The first one came right before Christmas and was 828 of 3000, the second one came right after new years and had 2659 of 3000. I'm curious what happens after they hit 3000 (or what this 3000 means).

How long on average did it take to get yours back

I can see where my nano was rec'd on 1-7-12 and says replacement pending. How much longer will it take?

Oh, are these brand new 6th gens or refurbs?

New nano

In this case, I love a litigious society. Received a brand new iPod nano this afternoon. Thanks to the sleazy lawyers and frivolous lawsuits!
