I don’t see the offer, but I believe that’s because I already took advantage of it. Apple ran this promo when they launched ApplePay cash. It’s a good deal if you send money to people with it and I do.

Colossal failure of reading comprehension on my part. Live and learn.

How do you get to the page where the add money to account is available on my IP XS? I almost never buy music, but I do watch movies via ATV. A 10-20% discount over time would add up a bit to maybe where I could buy a Big Mac.

Or is this a option where I have to sign into iTunes on my MBA?

Followed instructions, but I don’t see this promotion. But i guess it doesn’t matter - I misread the offer; thought it was also for Apple Cash!

Spam Email to drive more Revenue

I also HATE their constant iTunes pop-up asking me to subscribe. You would think saying No once would stop the harassment ... oh wait Apple doesn't allow a NO answer just a Not Now answer, so slimy of them.

If you see the pop ups and receive the emails it is because you opted in when you created your Apple ID. You can unsubscribe at any time. I didn’t opt in and haven’t received any of these items mails or pop ups.

This kind of “discount top off” is like an infusion of $$$$

I wonder if Apple consider unused portion in our cards and consider it as profit ?

The accumulated funds of each individual country is like a deposit to n a bank , gaining interest.

Is this what Tim Cook means by “services” , increasing revenue?

That’s a setting turn off Apple Music in settings

I imagine if Apple cured cancer and charged a one-time fee of $100 for the medicine, people would still find a way to complain about it.

Well they charge up to 10k for a 6 year old trash can shaped "pro" desktop so please let us differ slightly on the medicine's price speculation :)

If I’m part of a family plan and I add funds, will the credit get used when someone on the family plan makes a purchase?

In austelia you often get 15% discounts on iTunes cards.

There is also a scam going around where someone tells people they are from the ATO and you have a tax debt that you can pay by submitting iTunes cards.
It has become a joke meme.

Can you use Apple Pay to add funds?
I don't think so. When I did it I hoped to use ApplePay, but it defaulted to the card I had set up to cover iTunes purchases, and didn't give me an option to choose something different.

I doesn't for me. I'm the primary, and I get the emailed receipts whenever someone on my family plan buys something, but my balance only goes down when I buy something under my own account.

Though they do get the cash upfront (to add to their hoard), there’s no revenue recognized until customers actually spend the balance, making various purchases. Revenue accrues (is booked) only as the balance is spent down.
