I’ve spent my quota with Apple for this year.My next purchase will probably be the new iPad Pro expected in the Spring, but only if it’s a decent upgrade from the current one.

I've never found Black Friday deals enticing enough through Apple directly. I feel like even Walmart does better with iOS devices and watches lol. The macs aren't bad, but they you're stuck buying something at the Apple store. Getting a gift card to target, Best Buy, etc. opens you to a whole lot more than the Apple store does. That only time I could see myself going this route through Apple is if I already have plans to immediately spend more money there. Which is pretty much never.

Of course this occurs right after I buy the 16" MBP. Would be lovely if Apple would just gift me $200.
If you're in the return policy you can just return it. Or even try and contact them to see if they can send you a card and save the hassle of a return.

Anybody got any previous experience of using one of these vouchers to purchase a new iPhone whilst also trading in an old iPhone? Is that allowed?

No more money for Tim this year. Sorry.

No need to apologize. What you mean to say is ....no more money from you. Guaranteed Tim will receive his deserved bonus, plus the millions Apple will accrue over the holidays with sales.

That's what I'd like to know as well...I'm planning on getting on iPhone 11 Pro this black Friday weekend, but still debating where to purchase from. I plan on getting accessories & having the Belkin screen installed on the screen, so getting everything at Apple would be easy...but still debating.

Probably not!...Will receive a new 16" MacBook Pro this Friday, based on a $7K order made on Nov. 20...Called Apple and was declined the $200 credit...Disappointed!
I bought a new MBP16 last week and am keeping an eye on the discounts - if they offer, I'll take it back for a refund and then buy the same machine straight away. It's a nonsense but there you go.

Ridiculously, I'm almost hoping they DON'T offer the discount as I can't really be bothered with the hassle - but I'm not wealthy enough to ignore a £160 discount.

I called as well and they said I'd have to return mine and buy a new one to qualify. So very stupid they can't simply retroactively apply it based on a receipt.

There we go again. Sneaky bastards at Apple. They don't offer anything. You got to pay for the gift cards and they will deduct the amount from the product which will result in a lower invoice resulting in a tax disadvanage if you buy a product for your business. Thanks Apple, not.

I just picked mine up Thursday and stopped by  today to see if I could just bring my receipt in on Black Friday to return and resell to me with whatever discount they offer. They shut me down and said that they would not do that and if I wanted to get any kind of Black Friday savings (whatever that may be) I would need to return my new MBP 16". Beings I went with the $3,899 model, I just erased it when I got back to work and returned it on the way home tonight. Now trying to decide if I really want that model or if the $2,799 model will work better for my needs. Guess we'll see what they do on Black Friday

Anyone think there's any chance that the offer will include the 16" Macbook Pro? I'm about to buy a new one through work, and wondering if I should hold off or not...

The fact that they excluded the new iPad pro's last time around doesn't fill me with much hope - but then again I'm already seeing plenty of places selling the 16" Macbook Pro in standard config cheaper than the RRP, so maybe apple will include it?
