(...) Some people are so critical about movies that they can't just sit back and enjoy it without analyzing every aspect of the production and plot.
Tim Cook's Apple is just full of recurring cost dark patterns.
I have no idea how anyone can defend user-hostile practices like these.
When everything is rapidly moving to a subscriptions model. With some companies breaking previously free features if you don't subscribe, screw them.People are really losing their minds over $3 lol
Do forgive me for the reckless impropriety of harbouring a preference distinct from your own.Maybe the fact you apply politics to everything is what ruins it for you. Some people are so critical about movies that they can't just sit back and enjoy it without analyzing every aspect of the production and plot.
More truth there than you might realize.Who do they think they are? SiriusXM radio?
And how do you "get your money up"? Develop IAP-infested apps for the App Store? The same people that will gladly go spend $100+ every weekend at restaurants and bars then complain they’re “too broke” for a small price increase.
If a little nickeling and diming is enough to make you mad, you have a personal money issue.
People need to get their money up. That’s all i’m going to say since I’ve probably already offended half the people on this forum.
And if they’re raising the rates because they’re about to have F1 on the platform, they should have tried a different tact— subscribe for $9.99 and get F1 for a lower cost of $9.99 sooner. Not smart. They could have gained subscribers instead of losing them.Cue should apologize to current subscribers for making them wait behind those who want to rent or buy the F1 movie.
Agreed though I canceled my last subscription at $2.99/mo. Hard to justify paying for a channel that rarely adds new content and then they do its copycat stuff instead of originalI have it for free and still never have used it. lol.
What can I say -- Enjoy your algorithms.Do forgive me for the reckless impropriety of harbouring a preference distinct from your own.
Apple pumping billions into making mass appeal slop.

Former XM subscriber here. Finally had enough of the annual drill of getting an exorbitant renewal rate, that they could magically make reasonable when called to cancel. Told them I wasn't renewing again regardless.
In fairness, all awards are fake. Awards are shallow, self-stroking nonsense.Poor Apple, they must be struggling terribly and barely getting by. How much do they need to make in order to pay dividends, bonuses and those fake awards to Trump.
Apple pumping billions into making mass appeal slop. Just because it has high production values doesn't make it good.
