In one scene someone is using a modern smartphone and in another someone is using a payphone. Intentional or not, sorry but that’s kind of ridiculous and I had to pause and laugh…I get the logic but it does distract from the plot, at least for me.
I don't think Apple is controlling what the writer and the director are doing.
It happens when investors ask for another season, but the writer has already perfectly concluded the story. In that way, the next season will be pretty bad.
No, I really tried both seasons, but felt myself ageing during the process.
I know that now (others explained the reference) but that whole exchange with Stiller is still cringeworthy, just like Cook’s guest star elevator “promo” for S2.
