Apple Online Store Down Ahead of Apple Watch Pre-Orders

The app has always been much more better. Why use the site for pre-orders? It's still down, the app is up!!
 
Over Priced Garbage

I've been a faithful Apple Customer and enthusiast for the past 18 years!! This watch is overpriced and utter trash in my opinion..

My point was that since the guy seems to be on the phone virtually all his waking hours there's really no point in putting his phone away. A watch is not going to solve anything a handset will not do better in this particular situation.
 
I'm confused. Where do I sign up for a try on? I only see the regular Genius Bar reservations and I already signed up for a time on there days ago. Am I set?

Never mind, I found it. Chose 1:30pm! There were earlier times but I'm pooped at 2 am, lol.
 
BTW, the app also appeared to go to the "we're down" screen - but then it got to the point where it loaded too slowly and you could bypass it :) Good way to get in the order before the store was even back online.

okay, I'm locked in for my two watches. says 4/24 to 5/8 delivery. I hope we actually get them on launch day. :)

BTW, I wonder why doing an in-store reservation pick-up wasn't available?
 
Bought with the Apple Store app. Took 20 seconds -- got the Sport with the white band. Happy Birthday to me!!

So we should never buy mediocre things? You do realize that the 7 of 10 takes price into account as well, right?
 
What does everyone's shipping time say? I ordered an Apple Watch 42mm with Black Classic Buckle - 4/24-5/8 and the Space Grey Watch - 5/13-5/27.

Looks like the shipping times that popped up on Germany and UK stores were accurate.
 
Ordered it at exactly 12:01, shipping date 5/13 for 42 space gray.. The heck. Should have got the white one
 
Done. SS w Sport band in Black. A little pricey but I like it. Now I'm waiting for my Macbook order. :)
 
Oh come on ... IT IS 3:10 ... Apple Store Still NOT Available ?!

Look at the App on the phone, no choice for S/M M/L ???!!!

4-6 wks delivery ... In Store Pickup NOT Available ...
