Update: Seeing everything to ship in June now.....Guess I'll get mine with a iPhone 6S in Oct/Nov.

If you mean for the Sport, it's because it comes with both sizes of bands / straps. Check the sizing chart and it will tell you that it comes with both.
You get both size bands with your order. It says somewhere on the site. It's not easy to find, but i found it last night when spec'ing up my options.

I made the mistake of trying to pre-order via a browser before, and ended up not getting it done.
As soon as I used the app, it went through without issues.

Dang, I hope these ship times are just conservative. I'm getting mine via a conference at the second week of June. You guys make it sound like if the organizers haven't already ordered mine they might not be able to give it to me during the conference like she said they intend to 
I already told them I want the 38mm stainless with Milanese loop but still. Hate that it's out of my hands but I guess it'll just get to me at home if not there.

I think that because of how this was released, there will be a lot of cancellations.
People are ordering now, then will go to an Apple Store to actually try one on, and then make the final decision from there.
It's different from the iPhone because it really is a personal decision that has to look/feel right for you. Not that this is a bad thing.... just the nature of the roll-out.

Yep. I ordered the same SS Space Black + Link Bracelet in the first 8 minutes, never thinking that there would be enough people willing to pay $1100 to be worried about, and I also got a June delivery confirmation.
Yes, so I ordered it Black SS with Link Bracelet, got the Email confirmation and then ordered another one with different configuration 42mm SS and Milanese loop and it said April 24th delivery for that one.
So I guess I'll have 2 watches or can gift it.
Pricey for a watch, but haha, it's not just a watch

My guess is that the Black Stainless with Black Link bracelet is going to be popular. The silver stainless would also be very popular, but I just thought the Vader model looked cool.
I just wonder about big surprises for how many Jillionaires order the Edition watches. Pretty hard to press the button when it's for $19K CAD Wowsers. Almost went for it, but I really wish they had metal bracelets - surprisingly the Gold one's all have leather bracelets. I just didn't have the balls I guess, but I want the gold one! haha.

Purchased via the app but didn't see where I could apply a gift card.
Should I order another one via the browser and apply my gift card or should I call apple in the AM and try to have my gift card applied to the one I already ordered?

I tried ordering via the app first but couldn't find a way to add the education discount. Went with the website instead.
Also tried ordering the Arabic keyboard on it, but that would take an additional 3-4 weeks. Guess I'll pick one up when I'm over there soon and flip this one.

i'm guessing the black sports is in much more limited quantity. i tried to order that as soon as i got into the Store - shipping was 4-6 weeks. so instead i switched to the aluminium with a white band, expected delivery 24th April.
Good thing actually, cos i forgot i wanted to get the milanese loop band, which would look a bit wierd with the space grey case i'd originaly selected in my excitement
estimated shipping on the band is 2-4 weeks though - so either they're not planning on shipping any on the launch weekend, or the demand is also outstripping the supply

Yes, app was the quickest in Canada to order (for me also, your mileage may vary).
