Elon’s comment had zero antisemitism to it and was 100% factually correct.

This is just another case of leftist lunatics canceling anything they disagree with.

And, to be even more precise, this is the left *pretending* they are outraged. The ads will return in short order after they’ve moved on to the next thing they are fake angry about.

That’s what people should actually be angry about. If you are going to take a stand and remove revenue, then said stand should last longer than a week. This is just a fake outrage then reverse course situation. Rinse and repeat.
You get it!

It's getting fun to watch the leftist vs leftist squabbles lol. But Musk! But Bibi! But Trump! But antisemites! You can't say that! Yes I can I have freedom of speech! But you aren't allowed to say that But but! Racist! Naziiii!

You’d be surprised at how mega-corps can sway large govts like China. Apple’s involvement in China has helped pull millions if not billions of poor get out of poverty and helped modernize entire regions of the country. The more modern a country, the more chances of it becoming democratic.

It’s also improved working conditions in its factories. Sure, it might be as sugar coated as Apple PR makes it but working conditions are better than other factories.
That’s great! Please tell that to the Uyghurs in their concentration camps. I’m sure they’ll appreciate that.

How would you move 98% of a Trillion dollar company's manufacturing and assembly?
Clearly there’s no easy solution at this point. The West has sold itself to China, and it’ll be nearly impossible to fully divest itself at this point. For anyone who cares about the long term, it’s a very frightening situation.

The link to what he said says “you have spoken actual truth” but I can’t see any other context. Maybe this is because Twitter is broken. Does anyone have a functional link to what he actually said or apparently replied to?

Call me old fashioned, but I miss the days when the US space rocket program was run by former Nazis, not coked out wannabes

All they taught me when I went to school was that Werner von Braun was good at rockets. I didn’t learn what that skill was used for in his younger days until…later.

Control of the narrative is…a thing that exists. This is all a delicate topic so I will leave it at that.

At this point, if you’re using or advertising on Twitter you’re making a very clear choice, and people are going to judge you for it given Musk’s very clear views.

I’m glad Apple has ‘paused’, but they need to leave permanently or their reputation will suffer.
Sure it's a Nazi bar and if we pay them to hang our posters on the walls some people might get the wrong idea, BUT it's a REALLY POPULAR Nazi bar so a whole lot of people might see the posters on the walls...

I was just this morning contemplating how much I hated that Apple has been sitting back and continuing to give them money while "we continuously evaluate our advertising..." and then whether selling my stock or whatever makes any ****ing difference (it doesn't but at least I'd feel a little self-righteous). Then I was very glad when I read at Axios that they were at least pausing again. No one that doesn't want to be known as a fan of a Nazi bar should be giving Twitter a penny these days.

No I am not saying your cause is invalid. I am saying its not recognised so instead of asking others to believe in it, you should first form a group and try to get it recognised officially. Maybe in your state first and then your country. Its a long process but nobody said justice comes easy.
Its official in whole europe, so…

Its official in whole europe, so…
Its not. Show me one European Nation that recognises it.
You don’t get it because you keep ignoring how power dynamics work.. the strongest of a group doesn’t get to play victim. Imagine a father in a family crying that his family members are selfish and don’t care about him.. of course they don’t.. but the father still has to bear it all.. it is how nature works.
Same is for the eldest sibling.. the younger ones always get the most attention.

Meanwhile Apple meets with China’s dictator, Xi, and has no issue doing business with a country that places little value on human rights and has an enormous concentration camp filled with Uyghurs.

These mega corporations pandering and faux outrage is beyond parody at this point.
Rather similar to your faux outrage at Apple while you continue to use Apple products and hang out at MacRumours, no? 😘
