Tim Cook is obviously a Robocop fan - I'd buy that for a dollar!
Their app is still a mess. After several redesigns there is still the same annoying bugs and crashes, issues with payment, and random cancellations. You’d think for a chain as large as this they would at least put in the minimum effort.
I’d rather have Chick-fil-A over anything nowadays. It’d be interesting if Apple promote Chick-fil-A.
Too bad they are all closed for the most part, especially around here in NJ

They are practically out of business
lol They will stamp the Apple logo on the bun for you to make it upscale. Thanks for the upscale deals, Apple.
Gross.
lol who cares. If people want to clog their arteries, let them do it. Its not that bad and its not meant to be eaten every day anyway. 😆Kind of ashamed to see a healthy living advocate like Apple promoting a clogged artery like BK.

I think of BK as the K-Mart of the fast food industry. Walking into one is like taking a trip back in time.

I think it's dumb that they didn't keep any of my previously stored info when they changed the app.Their app is still a mess. Agreed, people must be tired of hearing all tech jargon, an easy subject to post a reply.Lots of triggered people. Don’t get it if you don’t want it. Do you have conniption when you see a coupon or sale on ice cream or potato chips in the supermarket?View attachment 921660
And that's the point. Not every one is bad. With any business with multiple locations around me, there's some I will go to much more, and others I will avoid because they have rude idiots.nope sadly all burger kings in my area are owned and managed by unsanitary people, seriously you can check yelp and they all have the worst. I once wanted to try 2x 10 piece nuggets they had was a 30 minute wait. only reason I stayed was one I paid for it and 2 my wife was also hungry too
Little Caesars pulls that crap too. Even worse was the last time I had the whole order in and clicked submit and it said they weren't doing delivery. Why didn't you say that WHEN I FIRST CHOSE DELIVERY?!?!?!How nice.
Now if only the Burger King app would actually let my order go through, then we'd be good.
Used to work.
Last couple times I tried to do an order it failed after payment and didn't send the order to the store, with a super-helpful "something went wrong" error popup.

Here in GA they're all open and business is thriving based on the cars lined up anytime I drive by one.
... but we never closed down restaurant pickup/drive-thru service.
Actually even expanded in the sense that restaurants could sell beer/wine/liquor to go (sealed package).
I don't understand what is so hard about SKIPPING the thread is it doesn't appeal to you?! Or even better, open it, Click Ignore, and move on so you never see it again.Agreed, people must be tired of hearing all tech jargon, an easy subject to post a reply.

I wonder why all the promos apple has ever had only apply to using apple pay online. Applying the promos to purchases made using apple pay in-store would greatly increase the number of people who could get the benefit. Not to mention that it would make it possible for the promo to also apply for purchases made at locations of the same business in otherwise unsupported countries, such as BK locations in Mexico.Burger King in Canada is quite a bit better than in the US, but it's still a few steps below "decent".
I don't know why so many people install fast food apps to let themselves be tracked in exchange for a few coupons that aren't as good as what they used to get in mailers. This doesn't even cost the company to send out the coupons.
Anger? No. Level-headed incredulity that we've reached this level of product placement on a site (and from a company) that 17 years ago were in the vanguard of the tech world? Yes.People love being angry, don't they. MacRumors isn't forcing you to eat.
