You'd think a reputable law firm would get the name of the corporation correct. Apple Computer hasn't existed since 2007.

Apple needs to move on from the "i..." thing. I'm not saying abandon it and change names of established products. Its starting to be overkill.
I think it was the right move for Apple to stick with AppleTV instead of iTV (which was probably taken by some channel on the globe somewhere). Why not just go with "apple ads"?
Leave the "i" prefix for really interesting things the consumer gets excited about. No one gets excited about advertising. It may bread resentment from people who are annoyed by ads (whether justified or not is not the issue).
Maybe that "mistake" was their legal cover?I'm sure being a law firm they knew what they were doing.
