This may be good, but it's a shame its not integrated into iTunes. most of it will be only for people using the TV app? I'll pass. I'm not gonna get pushed into something i have no intentions for.

I guess this would make people use the TV app. I may have a browser, but if i don't like anything, i'm moving on.

You want to add more to iTunes?

So just for my clarification - and I realize we may not know yet...

Is this going to be considered a streaming service like Netflix/Hulu/Amazon prime, where they strike deals with content makers alongside supplying their own content? Or, is it going to be a streaming service like Directv NOW, Hulu w/Live TV, Sling, PS VUE, etc?

Not interested in the former, definitely interested in the latter.

Could Apple actually make a better YouTube tv? I have my doubts. Unlimited dvr, nationwide locals. This earns a continuous sub from me. Netflix, hbo, or apples doesn’t. Apple is fighting among services to get a month out of the year from me.

Oh well pretty soon I’ll have 12 services to pick from and can designate a month for each. Feb is Netflix. March is Hbo. Etc. Will Apple make the cut? Not for a long time as they’d need content. In addition most of these will be free one months as they beg u with free trials.
