Apple Potentially Facing Worst Leak Since iPhone 4 Was Left in a Bar

There are a number of red flags. The back label of the box has a number of things that make me think this was AI generated video or at least the label. The QR Code on the back doesn't register at all. There are portions of the text that are not read well...

There is literally zero or even sub zero chance that Apple would slap the same box art on a new generation Macbook Pro. Apple is a company that has always attributed a lot of meaning to visual details. If this turns out to be true, I'd be surprised

The biggest news is that Apple upped the RAM in the base model.

It depends on how much Apple charges for it, to determine if it's newsworthy or not.

Yeah i've just had a go at scanning the QR code.

Something doesn't stack up about this. Black colour option and 16gb ram on the non pro model? That seems a bit unlikely to me.

Seems like much of the criticism Apple got at M3 launch were addressed:

Less Ports
Limited Colors (goes for no SPG for M3 Pro and no SPB on M3)
8GB RAM
TB3

Too good to be true or did the market actually show them they needed to improve the base model?

This leak just blows my mind. Who would have thought the next MBP would have an M4 chip and otherwise look exactly like the current model?

The leaks of the CAD renders of the 2021 MacBook Pro with the redesign and comeback of MagSafe and SD port is a much bigger leak IMO. No hands on video but we knew pretty much everything about its design except the notch

Apple leaks and bugs that never get fixed! Everyone back in the office is working out nicely.
 
Still wish I had a reason to buy a new computer, and that computer had a reason to be a MacBook vs getting a windows system :/

That’s gorgeous.
 
This is one boring ass update, I have to say

It shouldn't take this long just to get M4s when basically nothing else has changed

Apple are doing just about nothing interesting anymore
