It's interesting that you would say that, seeing as a large quantity of responses Siri gives are indeed, "I don't understand."

I would challenge that.
I never claimed it was perfect, but it does understand context. The key here though, is that it's in Beta. It's ability to understand context and natural input will be improved over time, and more services will be added allowing us to access more information.

For example, say to Siri: "What's the weather like in Paris?", and then after it answers, say: "What about in London?". That's a simple example, but it clearly shows my point. We'll only see improvements upon this, as well as the ability to access more information.

I'm not taking sides, I'm just putting them to the test. The one I use the most is actually Siri though even though it doesn't answer ever aspect of question, it is almost never wrong. Which is a big factor.

Evi can think, but like in the example that I posted before, some of that thinking amounts to nothing.

"The 18th amendment to the constitution is the 18th amendment to the constitution." lol

And also, I don't know of something changed, but Siri's voice is nicer than Evi's.

That's true, some information is, not helpful. I look forward to what Apple's able to do with Siri, and I welcome any competition obviously as it drives innovation.

I want to be able to talk to Siri like they do to the computer in Star Trek :D
