That release should be available just before Christmas Day, as usual. When is 17.2 coming out? I can't even journal about this.

Does it matter much that maybe 10,000 people couldn't charge their phone the easy way?I guess you missed my sarcasm. 🤦
He would call them features... not bugs. He'd tell us all the problems we're experiencing with iOS 17 is due to us holding the iPhone wrong 😂
I think that should be 'inept managers'. Usually engineers are pretty good at doing what they are told or otherwise allowed to do within the time frame given. I suspect either scope or time are being limited which gives us users crappy product.apple should have done mass layoffs like the rest of the tech industry, they have too many inept engineers.
What kind of problems are you facing? I have a family member that uses hearing aids with their 15 Pro Max and they are getting repeated instances of "call failed" when answering calls.Hoping this will fix the Bluetooth connectivity issues with audio devices such as hearing aids and AirPods. My case was escalated to a senior engineering team who took enhanced Bluetooth logs last week from my iPhone 15 Pro so here’s hoping.
My guess would be they have great developers constrained by some inept management.apple should have done mass layoffs like the rest of the tech industry, they have too many inept engineers.
December but who knows if it will be good enough. When is 17.2 coming out? I can't even journal about this.
Wow. That’s a strong statement for a software company that has to fix software bugs and has the number 1 cellphone in North America solely because of its software.apple should have done mass layoffs like the rest of the tech industry, they have too many inept engineers.
And the Crook said mass layoffs‘ the last resort. Too bad we don’t have SJ around anymore to screw them upside down, and we’re paying for their ineptitudes as a result…apple should have done mass layoffs like the rest of the tech industry, they have too many inept engineers.
Hold on there, my little speedy bunny. You seem to not understand the problem. It's not just the inability to wirelessly charge. The real problem is the damage it does to the iphone. These people who had their iphone damaged, didn't know ahead of time that their iphone would be damaged. Otherwise, they would have used another charging method. Not having wireless charging isn't that big of a deal. But when your iphone gets damaged, that's another story.Whoa! Calm down there speedy. I’m not Apple so I don’t know how they prioritize bug fixes, I’m just saying, the iPhone still has a port so wireless isn’t the ONLY way to charge your device while driving a BMW (which not everyone has said model). There are far more users who don’t drive that car, and ALL of those users have a Lightning/USB-C port on their iPhones. However, maybe the bugs I’ve experienced are just local to me (even after updating/restoring) on my iPhone 15 Pro.
