I'm in UK and got mine this afternoon. All good and works fine with Family share. Great deal!

How did you go about getting the codes? My wife works for a university so I'm assuming she's eligible for this discount. If so, what would she need to do to get the package?

Did anyone wait more than 3 days? Today is the last day mine should be delivered, I've been in contact with the support and they say there is nothing they can do right now, only wait to the end of the day. If it doesn't come today I can't get help before after the weekend.....

I bought this product last week and still have not received my download codes! Apple promised me that it would take no longer than 3 business days. It has now been a full week and I still have not been sent the codes! I contacted Apple and they said they could do nothing. Has anyone else ever experienced this same problem? Let me know. Thanks.

Yes I had, after two weeks I cancelled it

Curious if someone can reply. I tried Apple support but they didn't seem to follow my conversation and I didn't have a lot of confidence in their answer...
I am in college again getting my masters degree. Thought Id get the final cut and other apps for this price while I am in school. My apple ID for apps and music is an old mac.com address. I cant receive mail at that address. My icloud account is an icloud.com that I do receive email at. If I buy this would I have to be under the mac or icloud account. My gut says the mac since that is what my app purchases are tied to (would the email with the redemption codes be linked to a specific email, here the mac.com?). Or if I purchase under the icloud account will the work in the Mac app store where I am logged in via the mac.com ID? Or perhaps even more simply: if I have to buy them under the account that I purchase apps with how would I get the email since the mac.com account no longer is usable for receiving email.

Hope that is clear. Apple Support didn't understand my question and a few sites I checked didn't have this situation.
Thanks

I can’t remember the timeline, but there was a time where Mac.com users who did not pay the 99$ price but still kept their account name and the move to mobileMe. I forget the exact specifics but pretty much unless you kept the $99 dotmac package the whole time you could you lost access to using that ID for receiving email... something like that.

Thanks for the reply. I was hoping that the codes are not tied to a specific email. I read the fine print and somewhere said that downloaded software was not refundable. and I didn't want to get into a situation where I was in an 'infinite loop' of headache... i had an issue last year with an M1 air with edu discount and instant trade in credit for old MBP that turned into a nightmare (got charged $700 on my credit card while phobio had my trade in at their location saying I didn't send my old mac back in... the customer service, all apple not phobio, was the most hair pulling experience I've ever had that lasted about 4 months to resolve)

I haven't searched the previous 10 pages of this thread, so forgive me if this is redundant. But if anyone finds this thread later, here's my experince for future reference.
I purchased the education bundle as a guest. I did not put in my Apple ID or any personal email.
For the email field, I put in the email from my university that has a .edu address.
About a day later, I received two emails from Apple.
One of the emails was a protected PDF. The other email had a password for the PDF.
In that PDF, there were five different redemption codes, one for each Pro app.
I redeemed those codes at the Mac App Store which is logged in via my mac.com Apple ID.

All is good! I read about people whose orders took forever or never even processed. This is one reason I used me edu address, I'd hoped it would 'speed up' the verification process (whatever that means on Apple's end.)

My kid in in Grade-6 in a public school. He is interested in learning Final Cut Pro. Can I get the education bundle for him?
