Apple Releases First Betas of iOS 14.2 and iPadOS 14.2 to Developers [Updated]

This has been by far the worst beta I've ever experienced. So much freezing! Apps lock up if they have a swipe menu, if I view the info tab on anyone in text it freezes, if I send them a youtube or IG link in text, it freezes. Does anyone know when the next update is?
