Just keep refreshing.
WatchOS 10 is available as well, but you need iOS17 installed first.

I think you have to be on 17 before getting watch to 10. last one needed that first. I'll know once this finishes up

I suspect it’s in there somewhere, for EU devices at the very least. But it was never going to be something they’d highlight at WWDC. Maybe in a press release alongside 17.1/17.2 later down the line.

I saw on mine it kept changing, beta was there, then it wasn't. Then it came back. Didn't have to reboot or anything. Then finally 17 popped up. Downloading now.

Registered developers are able to opt into the betas by opening up the Settings app, going to the Software Update section, tapping on the "Beta Updates" option, and toggling on the iOS 16 Developer Beta. Note that an Apple ID associated with a developer account is required to download and install the beta.

I downloaded and installed iOS 17 Dev beta without a Dev account, no, I am not lying, been using Dev profiles for ages, it still works for me.

Also, it says iOS 17 Dev beta

I imagine you should be able to do the old DFU restore method to downgrade. Unless they have changed something.
