Anyone able to turn on “Crossfade” in Settings for Music? I was excited about this and everytime I open Music from settings it crashes and goes to the Home Screen.

Will probably jump straight in on the iPad

Need to know if Outlook and Teams work on iPhone before I upgrade that.
Updated my iPhone 14 Pro to iOS 17, and tested Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, OneNote, Authenticator and the Microsoft 365 app - they all worked!

Production device beta warrior: it’s likely your banking app won’t work, at least for UK market most apps won’t

I can report Natwest and Halifax UK bank apps are working flawlessly on iOS 17 Beta

Update: If anyone wants "Hey Siri" you can turn this back on if you want.

Any updates to shortcuts that actually compete with what android can accomplish using tasker or macrodroid?

I've never had a paid developer account, I have used developer profiles plenty of times in the past to update devices. But for me I just enabled the developer beta option on the iPhone and it just downloaded it automatically.

Can someone please tell me of there’s a way to get rid of the stupid “use mobile data/don’t use mobile data” dialog I get when I try and download any iOS update.

I've never had a dev account, but I have the option to install the 17 beta.

Am I missing something?

Edit: I may have used a dev profile many, many years ago...iOS 7 or 8 maybe(?) Interesting if that's the cause.

Ok, I see I'm not alone.

It shows the dev beta download is available. I’ve never registered for a dev account. Only public. Will it download and work?

Edit: Samsies. Looks like it’s for everyone

When can public beta testers get it on with iOS 17...and Watch OS 10...and Sonoma...and tvOS 🧐

All the apps I’ve tried so far on ios17 seem to work. Tesla, Monzo, Google Calendar, Gumtree, YouTube, ChatGPT, Wyze, Sleep Cycle

i had the iOS 16 dev beta profile but now it just shows option for iOS 16 Public beta updates?

also, no profile shows up under ‘VPN & Device Management’

i’ve redownloaded the iOS 16 Dev profile, reboot, and still only see iOS 16 Public updates

Has anyone had issues viewing their Apple Card information on iOS betas? First time on a beta with one and all that shows up is “Latest Transactions”.

Just wait for the public beta. iOS 17 is unrecognizable from iOS 16 and it’s unusably buggy right now.

Can anyone go to Settings—>Music without it crashing to the Home Screen?

Is it really buggy for you? It's quite OK for me, probably the most stable first beta in years. iOS 16 was hell compared to this. Haven't had anything major happen, performance is very similar to iOS 16 and so is battery life (for now).

I'm having no problems with that.

I was tempted to install this as I typically do every year when the new iOS beta launches. But seeing the "v" at the end of the build reminded me just how potentially buggy and far off this initial build is from release. I can wait until September.

First time, I had no problem. Then clicked on cross-fade and it immediately crashed and went to the home screen. Thereafter, every time Music is selected from Settings, it immediately goes to the home screen. Even after a hard reset, it goes immediately to the home screen.
