Apple Releases First macOS Sierra 10.12.4 Public Beta With New Night Shift Mode

No Night Shift for me, but I didn't expect it anyway, too old hardware (Radeon 7750).

Main issue with 10.12.4 beta is, for me, media files, like .mp4 and .mkv sometimes takes forever to open. Finder, or MacOS, wants to "verify file". Hugely annoying.

I've read that others have had similar issues with previous betas in yosemite and el capitan so I hope future releases of 10.12.4 has this fixed. For now I'm back to 10.12.3 for a while, little point for me to try any more 12.4 betas I reckon.
 
Anyone having bluetooth drop outs on this? I'm loosing my keyboard and mouse a few times a day, and whilst it comes back within a few seconds is quite annoying!

I don't use BT keyboard but I can tell you that my BT headset and mouse are working quite well.

My only problems are random screen brightness and touchbar bugs on the screen where I type password after a fresh start up.
 
Does anyone here use Trillian and had it stop working after installing this beta? It acts the same except that the chat text now appears to be white on a white background so it looks blank. I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure out what is causing this.
 
Battery life for my early 2015 rMBP has not been so good. I don't really use if for much more than browsing and almost always use Safari. Quite disappointing.
 
is anyone else having some stability issues with this release? First beta I have had real stability issues with. Seen Safari web content crash a lot, Preview has panicked several times too, especially in full screen and with complex documents. Hopefully some of these issues will be fixed in a beta 2 fairly soon.

Battery life has not gotten any better. Very annoying and why no one seems to be adding to this thread is even more annoying.
