Would the problems with Bluetooth and wifi be hardware or software? When I turn Bluetooth off, my wifi speeds increase drastically.

This problem is around for a long time - wi-fi interferes with the bluetooth and becomes unstable.
I tried all kind of resets and end up buying new router that supports 5Ghz frequency.
That solved the issue completely.

hmm, I wonder if I should just rename my 5gz connection then and connect only to that.

+1, my router offers a switch between 2.4/5GHz, the 5GHz setting makes everything work well. On 2.4GHz my mouse is acting like it's drunk when internet traffic increases.

I hope the update includes a fix to be able to drag and drop from Photos. Since I installed El Capitan I can no longer do this. For example to send a picture by mail I have to open mail and then attach the picture, also can not move to desktop or external disk. Really horrible problem that I wish is solved with this update

That's weird.
I'm on 10.11.1 and I can drag a picture from Photos to Mail without problems.

That's not normal and never heard of it before. Do a PRAM reset.

Tried it and it didn't change anything. :(
Anymore ideas or should I contact Apple support?
Its been doing this for quite a few versions of El Cap now (Including Betas)

Edit: Now that I think of it, Apple support probably isn't an option as I'm pretty sure I read they don't provide support for betas.

Edit 2: This grey screen doesn't happen when I first boot my Mac and have to login. It only happens when I log in, and then make my Mac/let my Mac sleep.

Ok, boot your system to the Recovery Drive and run Disk Utility and do a disk check.

Could you please give me a rundown of the issue again :)

Certainly, so essentially for awhile now my Mac has been giving me a grey background on the login screen whenever it goes to sleep and I wake it up. The background should be a transparent blurred version of my desktop, but this does not happen for some reason. However, the blurred background does happen when I first boot my Mac and go to log in for some reason.

From memory boot to Recovery / Disk Utility - run verify and repair disk. Then run verify disk permissions / repair disk permissions (if on Yosemite). Alternatively run Malwarebytes for Mac - its free and do a PRAM reset. If not difference, you may need to reinstall the OS.

I think I found the problem, and I am working on a fix right now. Basically a little while back I decided to clear my cache by deleting the contents of the library/cache file, thinking that OS X would simply rebuild all the necessary files and get rid of all the extra stuff, but it turns out this folder holds the image for the login screen, and when I cleared the cache it deleted it. Hopefully I can figure out a way to regenerate the file for my desktop.

Edit: oops I looked in the wrong folder, might not be the problem cause I looked in the ~/library/caches instead of /library/caches where the file actually is.

Yes that will cause the issue. I use an application called MacClean by iMobie. It's free and clears all temporary files, caches etc and works very well and had no issues with it at all. I have attached a screenshot below - just ran it.

Still no luck. :(
I ran it and it removed about 1.3GB of files but after that I put my Mac to sleep and the same thing happened. I think I'll try restarting just to be safe, but I don't think that will change much.

Edit: Did the restart and nothing still. There should be a file somewhere where I can delete and it would rebuild to the default you would think.

Guys i bought a second hand macbook pro today and i have as well mac os 10.11.2 (15c30)
When i bought the mac i said to the guy to give it to me with a fresh install.

But now what that build means that i have a betta sofware?
We the official 10.11.2 comes out will it be possible to upgrade from the mac appstore?
Or im stuck with this beta build?

It's Apple - very few issues despite being simple are a quick fix unfortunately. Its apparently you accidentally removed the files from the wrong location, and there is no OS Repair function in OS. So I would recommend reinstalling OS X on top of what you already have so nothing is lost and the issue will be resolved.

It's been awhile since we last talked about this issue, but at long last today I figured out the problem. I gave my self a good smack after this one since the solution was sooooo simple (I don't know how I overlooked this). All I had to do was go into accessibility and turn off reduce transparency, which somehow got turned on. How could I be so stupid? lol
