Reinstall beta profile to your device. It will restart and then you will see public beta 9.1 as an available software update.I deleted my public beta profile yesterday, but when I do to download it again, it shows as text in Safari and does not prompt for profile installation.

The issue was that installing the profile would not work and the apple site would show the text of the profile rather than try and install it. Turned out to be a pesky restriction issue, disabling it allowed the profile to install correctly.Reinstall beta profile to your device. Back in the day I loved alpha/beta testing. I just don't have time for that stuff any more and leave it to you younguns. Please test thoroughly for me so I can have the rock solid release versions. Thank you!
I think its interesting that you can install a profile for watchOS, but can't actually install a beta/GM of watchOS 2 without a dev account. Or, am I missing something?
We are the Borg. You will be assimilated.no more beta testing for me... apps not working, phone crashing / restarting, strange random bugs, etc. I've learned my lesson and wont submit to be a guinea pig again.
I don't have a dev account and I installed watchOS 2 GM last night.
