Received a phone calł today on my AT&T iPhone 7 Plus and the phone never rang at despite 4 bars of LTE. The only reason I know I got a call is because my iPad has Wifi calling on my phone's number and that rang. My phone didn't.
I've never seen that before.
I had the same exact thing happen to me yesterday. At this point, I am assuming an issue with iOS10, as I have an AT&T iPhone 5 (yes, it's over 4 years old) and just upgraded to iOS10 a few days ago. Yesterday, I had multiple phone calls which never rang, but register as missed calls. I then tried to dial out and it wouldn't work. A reboot solved the issue, but so far I'm really not pleased with iOS10 stability. Am about to pull the trigger on a new 7+ or 6s+, but all the issues people are reporting on connectivity are making me consider android options instead. Too bad since I've been on both systems and generally praise Apple. But reliable connectivity is the #1 thing a phone needs to do right. If you mess that up, then it shouldn't be called a "phone".
My 4.7 iPhone 7 (10.0.3) did this this morning. I woke up my phone and slid a notification to where it gives you the clear option and then the screen went black and the wheel started spinning then it went to the home screen. My battery usage and standby time went to the lines so I had to plug my phone back into get them back to 0. I checked the diagnostics and usage and there was a springboard crash. First time I've seen this! Also I noticed long long lists of jetsam events for the past few days. I mean a lot! I thought the 2GB of ram was supposed to help with memory! My iPhone 6 on 9.3.5 would have maybe 1 or 2 jetsam events a day not 15-25 like my iPhone 7!! I think there are quite a few bugs to work out!Hoping to get the bug fixed where my phone just resets to spinning on black screen for 10 seconds back to Home every now and then (especially on low battery). Always seems to happen on pictures, or opening up an app.
Update worked for a few hours with me. Long enough to cancel my appointment with Apple to replace the phone. Then it stopped getting signal or would only show 4G but was completely unusable. 7+ on ATT. Back on my 6+ now.

Didn't work for me. Still keep getting 1x.
I have to return my iPhone 7 plus. Cellular connectivity is a mess. 5 bars, then no bars, then 1 bar, then no internet. Happens very quickly too. No software fix corrected issue.
Apple today released the second official update to the iOS 10 operating system, nearly one month after releasing iOS 10.0.2 and a month and a half after providing the new iOS 10 operating system to the public. iOS 10.0.3 comes ahead of iOS 10.1, a more significant update that brings a Portrait mode depth-of-field effect to the iPhone 7 Plus.
iOS 10.0.3 can be downloaded as an over-the-air update on all iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus devices.

Today's update includes a fix for a bug that could cause issues with cellular connectivity, a problem that only affected the new iPhone 7 and the iPhone 7 Plus. Shortly after the iPhone 7 was released, a number of Verizon users began experiencing a serious issue that caused them to regularly lose LTE connectivity on their new device. It was later discovered that the issue affected iPhone 7 and 7 Plus devices associated with other carriers as well, and it should now be fixed for all users.
iOS 10 is a major update that includes features like a redesigned Lock screen experience, a revamped Messages app with a full App Store, a Siri SDK for developers, new looks and features for Maps and Apple Music, and tons more. Make sure to check out our iOS 10 roundup for details.

Another iPhone 6S user here with problems. I *think* they started on iOS 10.0.1, weren't fixed by 10.0.2 so went to the beta 10.1 versions and still have the problem. I frequently have No Service, drop calls, can't make calls, incoming calls go straight to voicemail and generally cellular connectivity is a real mess.Is there going to be a fix for iPhone 6. Since downloading the iOS 10.0.2 beta I have been having problems connecting to network. I have tried downgrading and updating through iTunes, deleting beta profile, removing sim and resetting network settings l. Nothing is working.i may get connection for a few hours during the day and then it drops.

That really sucks cause iPhone 6 is having similar issues with network connectivity. Don't know why they didn't consider us
