Try searching for it using Spotlight. On my iPhone, the update magically placed the TV app in a folder where I keep other movie/TV related apps. No idea how it did that.
I think it was the old videos app it ended up in the same place mine was in

The TV App appeared where the Videos App was previously located.

Only app that's connected to my tv app is Hulu. HBO Now isn't showing up. Am I missing something?

Does the new TV app work with multiple iTunes account purchases?

Said another way, is it locked to the current iTunes ID purchase history?

You're unlocking it wrong...

Works OK on my 6splus and iPad air 2 :)
Still works as I expect it to, just not how I'm used to it working....if that makes sense. Used to be so quick that any press of the home button unlocked the phone. Now I can push the button without it unlocking. Not a huge deal. I actually like being able to use the home button to wake. It's just something I noticed after updating to 10.2.

wonder how long it takes for UK to get this tv app

Wouldn't hold your breath. Anything to do with the Apple TV seems to come very slowly or not at all. It seems to be a remnant of the failed TV service, I think that would've been US only aswell.

I'm not sure how useful the TV App would be be over here anyway. No Netflix, No Amazon. Just a load of US TV services wasn't it?

Lasts 3-4 days on my 6S so no battery problems here, I think it has fantastic battery life.

3 or 4 days? Do you actually use it?

I can't update my app (Uber to be specific), App Store says "The iTunes store is unable to process purchases at this time Please try again later." after updating to 10.2. Anyone else?

Emoji are here, but preferred language order is not fixed still. Have sent bug reports for 10.0 and 10.1. Both were just closed, since apparently such issue is already submitted (no way to check what in fact is submitted). Have also called Apple support and told about it. Nothing.
The problem is: if you set iphone language to english, but in the preffered language list you are trying to move other language up in the list - it asks to change iphone language. There is no way simply to have the phone in english, but localized apps default to your preferred language. Basically - the preferred language list option in language & region menu just does not work at all.
I guess I should thank Apple that over-the-air update did not end up at the screen asking me to connect the device to itunes.
Dissapointed.

I think it just put the app wherever your Videos app was before the update.

Time Warner Cable/Spectrum is not a single sign-on option (right now) and I can't update or download any apps from the app store. Thanks Apple.

I just don't understand the obsession with emojis

To answer your question... all the obsessing and frothing here over emoji is really a knee-jerk reaction from some people who otherwise don't have anything interesting to contribute to the discussion at hand. It's like getting upset over special math or punctuation keyboard symbols one rarely uses.

TV app doesn't seem to work with apps like ABC unless, I'm assuming, you have a cable subscription and are using single sign-on. But I can watch tons of stuff for free in that app (and others like it) without signing in to anything, so unless I'm mistaken and my app just isn't working the way it's supposed to, this seems... really, really dumb. I was assuming the kind of content I watch for free in those apps would still show up in the TV app, and under that assumption, this actually sounded great.
