But does it have......Courage?

Once Apple says it does, yes. "Courage" is the new "magical."

I'll wait for the final release...
The GM is the final release. You can upgrade it as normal like the final release from here on out because they have the same identifiers.

This is going to be a thing for like the next five years, isn't it? I'm already annoyed, lol.

Hey guys. If I install the GM will most apps work with iOS 10? I'm thinking snapchat, facebook, tinder.. the usual stuff.

Apple Beta site has the we'll be back soon message so guessing that the macOS GM is imminent, and in case anyone wants to know the build number is 14A403

I had battery life issues with the last beta on my iPhone SE, anyone else ? I went from 12-14 hours of normal use to not even 8 hours without changing anything ! I hope this fixes it.

Interesting, I killed both my iPhone 6 and Pro yesterday updating to GM. Progress bar was stuck at 1mm for around an hour, and had to restore both from backup. Good luck to everyone.

Anyone having trouble with iCloud Photo Library? photos aren't uploading ... :(

Probably because Sierra is being released a week later. Chances are that GM comes a little later.

They should be released at the same time. Kinda a pain in the ass having some features available on your iPhone and iPad but can't do the same on your Macs. iMessage features to be specific.

Dumb question but if I delete the beta profile after I download the GM, will i get future regular updates for iOS 10 that aren't beta?
This is a great question that I would want to know the answer as well! Does deleting the profile force you to restore or any craziness like that?

Nope, when the next not beta update is available it should pop up in your device.

I believe someone answered the question. Deleting the profile lets you download the regular updates, not the beta ones.

Edit:
Basically there is a profile you download to your phone. After you get the GM version you can delete the beta profile and will get updates as if you never had the beta.

If you want to get off the beta before the GM you would have to connect to iTunes and restore to the previous version. In this case IOS 9.

I was trying to find this out the other week, and I was told I had to follow the steps below. Though I am still tempted to try just removing the beta profile and seeing what happens.

If you have an iOS beta version and want to download the final version, follow these steps:
  1. Connect your device to iTunes.
  2. While your device is connected, force it to restart. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. Don't release when you see the Apple logo. Keep holding until you see the Recovery Mode screen.
  3. When asked, choose Update to download and install the latest nonbeta version of iOS.
An update install won't affect your content or settings.

This version runs like absolute like a wet dog on my phone.

I am not sure why. I have had good success in the past with this beta series.

All of their updates are strategically planned. They have to stagger release so their servers don't get too hammered. major iOS upgrade launch days are bad enough as it is without throwing a macOS update into the mix. the macOS update is also after the iPhone launch weekend so it doesn't get slowed down by all the new activations.

Yep! It will lose its luster fast....but for now we kick this already dead horse lol.

I'm thinking of installing the GM. This is the one that's planned for release next week right? Unless they find some major bug, in which case they'd just update it anyway. Basically, it's safe to install, yes?
