I don't like that if you send an image via the #images iMessage app, every post comes with a line below of where the image was sourced. That doesn't look neat.
This isn't happening when I send them, but as someone who makes gifs, I definitely don't mind the attribution to where it originated from.

No, you only see it on gifs sent to you and it only seems to be iPhone that does it. I'm getting a message like 'GIPHY via #images' under each gif I receive.

What the actual heck. iPhone just bricked itself as well. That makes 2 devices screwed up by the OTA update and I have to try and restore to the older version now. I do not jailbreak and I did not preinstall the update. Just installed for the first time now. Come on apple. Appears since I hit update right after it hit the servers, I somehow got a corrupt install.

Anyone else having these issues?
same here for the iPhone 6s

My wife's iphone 6 the animations aren't working when she is receiving a message. Works when she sends one. Reduce Motion is 'off'

iPhone 6 updated successfully. Working on Watch and iPad Air. Amazed at how fast the downloads were today!

*iPhone 6s updated to iOS 10 OTA and went into recovery mode
*updated iTunes to current and then updated phone via iTunes
*phone is back up and running

Heads up. Probably stating the obvious but if you're attempting to recover/update (rather than restore) using iTunes and it keeps failing - keep hitting update. If you click the download button you'll see it's downloading the update (9.3.5) and continues after each failure. Slow, but servers are getting destroyed.

Did you update your iTunes first to 12.5.1 or just use your current iTunes? I have a non functional iPhone 6S and SE. And yes I should have known better!

I'm confused. Are phones actually bricking or just need updated via iTunes?
They are not bricking as such, after we've downloaded the update it goes to install but then the iTunes logo appears and we must update it through iTunes.

A 6 Plus and 5 just upgraded OTA with zero issues here (UK). Took some time, but no bricking, thankfully :)

Update downloads, installs and reboots to a picture of a cable and a iTunes icon. You can do anything on the phone. You have to plug it into itunes and let it update to 9.3.5 and then 10 via iTunes if you want 10.

The problem right now is that the server are so bogged down that my 9.3.5 download says it will take 2 hours, then I have to update to 10 after that.

Option to update or restore from itunes. I'm attempting the update. Once back on 9.3.5 will then attempt to update to 10.0.1 via itunes. Lesson learnt with over the air.

"We experienced a brief issue with the software update process, affecting a small number of users during the first hour of availability. The problem was quickly resolved and we apologize to those customers. Anyone who was affected should connect to iTunes to complete the update or contact AppleCare for help''. Next year I'll wait an hour !

Looks like a decent update. Deleting stock apps is certainly welcome, as is the Siri integration. The messages stuff means nothing to me. Definitely not the "biggest iOS update ever" - strange claim to make when it's so obviously false, IMO.
Apple has called EVERY release of iOS the "biggest iOS update ever".

Upgraded OTA on 6s with no issues, took about 1hr, Everything seems to be working smoothly, I like what I see so far.
