No! I have big trouble with the BT connection with my BMW. With iOS 10 and 11.0 with iPhone 7 no problems. With the iPhone 8 and iOS 11.0.1 and 11.0.2 the connection gets lost when talking and the BMW headunit is rebooting! Yesterday the complete navigation system lost all settings after such a reboot.

It is impossible to use the telephone in the car!

I have a 128gb 7 plus and a 2015 bmw f30
335d and i’ve noticed since the 11.01 update on my phone, when first geting in the car, the cars sat nav screen goes blank for a few moments the the bmw connected drive welcome screen shows and it restarts and its all good. this never used to happen prior to 11.0.1 ios.

Its getting very annoying, did you find a fix or are any other people sharing the same post?

Still having crackling issue, maybe even worse than before. Is this still an issue for others?

Did you update to 11.0.2? The crackling seems to be gone now on my iPhone 8 with 11.0.2, but I've only tried it on about six or seven calls. Keeping an eye on this forum over the next day before deciding whether to keep or return it (within 14 day return window). Now I'm leaning toward keep.

I’m on 11.0.2. Noticed it right away on a call last night.

That sucks! I'm going to have to keep testing mine with a bunch of random calls today. I already had my return label printed and ready to go on Tuesday, when I heard this update had come out.

Out of curiosity did you have any trouble with the first version of IOS 11 on your Air 2?

Nope, 11.0.1 was fine as well. The update wouldn't start downloading so I turned off the iPad to restart it, when i did it got stuck in loop. Every time it came back on it asked for my password and when I typed it in it started to reboot again. Updating via iTunes didn't help so had to fully reset it in iTunes. Restoring from back up didn't work so i had to do it again and set up as a new device. Then iCloud photo library wouldn't sync. Took me a couple of hours to get everything back.

Apple chat told me to do a reset of my settings which may fix the problem. I'll have to test after work with some calls.

Weird issue that got resolved with a reboot..I installed IOS 11.0.2 on my iPad Pro 10.5 inch..everything seemed fine, except the volume control buttons would NOT work. I kept on pressing the up and down button and nothing would appear on the screen so of course I freaked out..so I turned off the iPad and turned it back on and now its working fine..anyone else have this issue honestly never experienced it before with my previous iPads..maybe its an IOS bug thing

Stupid update has done a number on the battery life of my 6S+. It’s so bad that for the first time I am going to have to downgrade the software on my iPhone.
