You mean a stable launch to begin with like they absolutely were capable of years ago as well as were promising to be able to uphold after the iOS 11 flop when they said they were going to focus heavy on quality?

Ok, obviously a stable release did not happen. They are now trying to work as fast as possible to fix those issue. At east they’re fixing them now.

iPad os is a mess on my device.

The last beta before the release, worked fine on my ipad pro 11, then release kicks in and OMG.

On Apple keyboard I have several times situations when the OS doesn't accept CTRL+H
Today I got some nasty locks on Files app - I had to reboot the device.
Then, I keep having scrolling problems with the mouse (scroll wheel doesn't work anymore) after iPad is locked....

Same here. Though the app opening takes forever, it's a black screen for about 2 seconds. Also I really miss ForceTouch, I cannot stand how long it takes to engage the lockscreen shortcuts
One pain-point that is keeping me from rushing out to upgrade, to be completely honest. I'll hang onto my XS Max just a bit longer.

I've been noticing bugs right and left over here. While grateful Apple is sending out these updates, you have to wonder if someone was asleep at the wheel over in QA.

I think this shows UAT was done in name only. And the Beta testing is a waste of time since we got 3 updates in a week.

I found that iOS 13 during the summer beta testing was the worst beta. iOS 6 was the second worst then iOS 8.

Dear Apple OS team,

Please remember to "git merge" your changes into iOS/iPadOS 13.2. You don't want me happening again.

Signed,
iOS 12.4 -> 12.4.1

well, my iPhone 11 Pro is bricked while updating since 15 minutes - does not seems right...

Still going to download and install Catalina on the first day on at least one Mac after a full backup. It is good enough. Technically, the only bug is with the death of 32-bit that is my main concern.
