Apple Releases iOS 13.1.2 and iPadOS 13.1.2 with Fixes for Camera, iCloud Backup, HomePod Shortcut, and Flashlight Bugs

I think they're overdoing it on the release frequency (once a week would be enough, surely), but they're clearly merging fixes from master into the 13.1.x release branch.

Mail has been fine for me and most since 13.1. You may have some other issue going on.

Mail took some time until it showed the new mails in the inbox even if they've been announced much earlier outside the app. Pressing the unread filter helped to get the mails or one could just wait.
This seems to be fixed now. At least for me..

I actually hope this is the start of something new for Apple. They have a tendency to update infrequently, and saving "big" "features" for once per year.

Why did they release it when they did? Because new iPhones have to ship and they weren’t going to ship them with iOS 12. At least they’re quickly releasing bug fixes.

Uh, hmmm, ok, Applesoft. (where apple is becoming the windows of the 90's) that is MY opinion only in all the years I have used and owned Apple devices.

Anyhow, I got the iPhone 11 on JOD Friday with T-mobile. All went well - setup FACE ID and all was good. By Saturday night, the phone indicated FACE ID was not able to be activated on the phone. Camera and Flashlight was inoperable. I google the usual fixes and none worked, So, I thought the PHONE had a defect, not that it was not plausible. When i got an iphone 6 the Display was stuck in landscape mode and had to get a new device, so i figured this happens.

So Sunday I went back to T-Mobile to get a new phone as I told them this was defective. i got the new replacement, and setup everything again, camera and face ID continued to work when it went to the 13.1.1 update. Come to find out here, they knew it was their software that fixed some issues while breaking the fundemenatial functions of others. Good Job Apple, bravo.

3 updates in 9 business days is definitely daily. 🙄

I have no problem with more updates, it means they are actually working on fixing things.

The number 13 is proving to be very unlucky for Apple. This version of iOS had a lot of promise but it is buggy AF. Very disappointing.

What is the problem with frequent updates. They may have rushed iOS 13 but I'd rather they update everyday with seeming every bug found than wait for bugs to pile up and give us a larger less frequent update. iOS 13.1 public beta and GM has been as stable since iOS 12.4 on my XR.

THIS BETTER FIX THE HIDING KEYBOARD ISSUE

THIS TOO! , and the long plaugue for me that the EXCHANGE ACCOUNT using GOOGLE APPS, MAIL REFUSES to play in incoming SOUND no matter what I do, change sounds, turn off sounds. Delete account and re-add it and NOTHING STILL. No sound comes in for that email account, iCloud email no issue, just this.

does this fix the issue where if I have a video attachment via email(Mail app) and I want to send it to my icloud file folder, I will have that pop up option to send to folder..for some reason on Ipad OS I dont get that option, not like I used to

Is this a weekly update or weekly fix? Sometimes my screen freezes and I have to close and re-open. Anyone having this issue? Same thing happen on my iPad too.

I hope they fixed the bug where when you switch to the small one handed keyboard on the iPadOS, it sometimes get stuck in the middle of the screen (can't move it anywhere until you quit/reopen the app, and bring up the keyboard again)
