iOS 13.6 on IPX behaving weirdly ... gets HOT occasionally ... screen shuttering occasionally ... I'm on WIFI right now but the signal indicator says LTE ...

Try resetting network settings. And sign out of iCloud and sign back in. If you gave an iCloud backup delete the last one. And backup manually. Good luck.

After applying 13.6 update to my iPhone 8 and iPad mini 5, music app crashes everytime I select home sharing in the library menu. iPod touch with 12.4.8 works just fine. More than 30 people so far have encountered the same problem judging from the number of "I have this question too" for the posting in Apple Support Communities. I hope Apple will fix this bug before releasing iOS14.

Yes! I noticed the same thing and for me a phone reboot resolves this.

Doesn't really seem like there's something widespread in relation to it based on all kinds of iOS 13 discussions in various places.

I’ve read multiple reports of iPhone owners having Gb’s of data mysteriously rack up after iOS13 upgrades.

There are sporadic reports of that nature with all kinds of updates, but for the most part they are mostly isolated anecdotal incidents rather than widespread issues related to something in an update.
