If I have 14.5 RC version installed, will it update to 14.5 public, non beta? Somehow my iPhone keeps saying iOS 14.5 is up to date, but it's the RC version.... and no app asked for my consent for data usage and such.

"Preparing update" on iPhone and TV. iPad and Watch will have to wait so not all my devices are down at the same time.

Does anyone know whether you will be able to use Fitness+ through the Apple Dock Connector Adapter with iOS14.5? Will you see your apple watch metrics on the screen when using Airplay2 / Dock Connector?

I’m in the same situation as you. I’m afraid we’ll have to wait until iOS 14.6 to block tracking from Facebook….

Lol more lock in needing an apple watch to "unlock". I'd rather be free and unlock with any Bluetooth device of my choice.

- Incoming calls can be announced with ‌Siri‌, including who is calling, when you're wearing your ‌AirPods‌ or compatible Beats headphones, and you can answer hands-free

How is this "new"?

I'm not having any luck getting it to show up in iTunes. It seems like it's not even checking when I click check for update. Is there a way to force iTunes to check? Anyone else waiting to update via iTunes?

*edit* Eject your iPhone and plug it back in. That worked for me.

*edit again* No, it did not. I get an error that it is not available when I click download.

*edit once more* Okay, ejected and tried once more and now it's downloading.
