I mean, it’s likely the same build as the RC which has been out a week. And 15.4 has been in beta for a while. It’s not like it’s the first time anyone’s run this build.
Yeah, that's why most of the recent releases have been problem free. Not! :)

This update also brought 5G for the iPhones in Mexico; the carrier turned on the signal a few weeks ago with the iPhone noticeably missing from the lineup and they later stated that when Apple "released the next update" it would turn on. I can verify this is the case and so 2 years later i can use 5G to say wow a couple of times at the speeds and then go back to WiFi

It does show on my iPad Pro ("ancient" 2015) at 916.7MB and 13 Pro Max at 1.32GB

Looks like an impressive update - I will wait however until later - usually do with these big updates - for any mentions of large widespread issues.

Unrelated, is Apple Watch getting update today. Those updates I dread, the last update to my older AW4 took well over 90 minutes. Ah well.

Everybody's tying up the bandwidth downloading the update all at once. I'll give it a minute. Plus this will give us a heads-up on whatever system breaking bugs come along w/ iOS/iPadOS15.4.:D

Just checked and I have the update! My first major iOS update on iPhone! Exciting!

But I’m going to let you brave people test it for me and I’ll give it a try tomorrow assuming there are no issues ?

This update is massive.

Wait a minute… I read on this forum that it was impossible to unlock your iPhone with a mask on, so Apple should bring back TouchID!
Oh they should very much bring Touch ID and the home button back to higher-end phones. Touch ID/home button is a definitely better user experience to Face ID/no home button.
