Going with iOS 15.7 for now on my iPhone 13 Pro, giving iOS 16 a bit more time to settle. Unless I hear the new Apple Classical music app is in iOS 16, that would get me to 16 sooner.

Can't update to 15.7 using the phone, and iTunes on my Mac is trying to download iOS 16 by default. Is there another way to snag 15.7 via Mac?

aka the update to slow down your device to make you "upgrade" to iOS 16 in hope it will make it faster again (it won't)

Huh, I got an iPhone SE in June 2021 (direct from Apple); I thought this SE was still good to go for iOS 16, but 15.7 is the only option with which I was presented. I'm updating to 15.7 and will check to see if my SE can upgrade to 16.0 afterwards.

I got my iPhone 13 upgraded to iOS 16 and updates still won’t install. iPad on iOS 15.7 same problem.

I'm also getting this on my devices, but this is BEFORE updating either iOS 15.7 or iOS 16. It also still happens when updating my iPad Mini to 15.7.

It's certainly not client-side update related, but something weird is going on (apparently) server-side.
Update: We're all good now!

All my devices are able to run App updates/installs at this time.

Upgraded to 15.7. Now when I try to update my apps I have to agree to "Apple media service terms and conditions". Tap on agree and error message shows up

I want iOS 15.7. I prefer to do iPhone software updates with my Mac, but when I plug my iPhone into my Mac in order to update, the only available update my Mac shows is iOS 16.0. Is iOS 15.7 OTA only?

I have two questions:

1) Is the build number the same as the GM?

2) Is it possible to make a clean install of iOS 15.7, or at least update using Finder on a Mac?

Thank you.

Wow they’re doing it again, an update for iOS 15 and an update for iOS 16 on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. :p

I better install it before they change their mind.

Anyone else have the Magic Keyboard get an “accessory not supported” error after installing 15.7 on the iPad M1 Pro?

Hopefully they fix some of the outstanding issues with iOS 15 before they abandon it.
