All the new text tone sounds added in ios17 are great and really cool to listen to and 100% so low and inaudible they are damn near useless.

Really tempted to get off of 15 on the iPad and iPhone. I’m nervous because for the most part things work in 15.

Ive updated my iPhone 11 today (I was on iOS 15 still) and it works well, only I have to reboot my phone to be able to charge it. I hope that’s now fixed after updating to 17.0.1.

No, it doesn’t fix that unfortunately. I also do not see the ringtones selectable for alerts either. Maybe 17.1 will fix these issues.

This seems very rushed. The security update specifies its for iPhone 15/15 Pro models but is sent to my 13 Pro Max and 12 iPhones. I know that its not just for those phone models, but its strange they would specify them specifically.

It’s the exact same timing as iOS 16.0.1

Not really my phone shipped yesterday I and I doubht it was have 17.0.1 on it , the article reads .1 for older phones and .2 for the 15s
