Are you forgetting that even if the iOS journal app GUI would resize for a IPad install that its not appropriate GUI/navigation to use?
Are you forgetting that additions to a journal are more than just a hit list of where you went today? That maybe YOU'D like to add bits about each thing you did. Draw some pictures. Type a narrative while drinking coffee? Doesn't just need to be in "the moment" if it's a journaling app. It's about thoughts, analyses, and annotations - if you like.

What a funny group. HATE HATE HATE the lame Journal app, and mad it's not on iPad.

I'ts like the old joke; I hate this restaurant. The food is terrible--and such small portions!

Sadly, that's the norm on a lot of forums today.

The good news is there are enthusiast forums where that doesn't occur.

Disappointed the Journal app is iOS only and not iPadOS or macOS. When I get home part of my routine is dumping my iPhone on the charger and I use my laptop or ipad when at home due to the larger screen, proper keyboard, and a screen that doesn't need to be unlocked every few minutes while I cook, watch tv, game, etc. They've all got access to the same photos etc, and much easier to enter journal entries in to due to the keyboards.

I'm envisioning most entries being done at the end of the day when reflecting. But even just quick entries when out and about then elaborating on them once I'm back at a physical keyboard would be nice. But no dice. At least not yet anyway.

Hopefully it's coming soon.

Exactly how I would use it. I think Apple needs to spend a little more time thinking about how their users with multiple Apple devices use them in the real world.

My iPhone 11 Pro got pretty laggy since this update. “Find my” doesn’t work properly with family members anymore. Sometimes safari needs way too long for loading a website. -.-

This is getting dumb. Why isn’t this on the iPad yet?
I have a folio keyboard with my iPad and think its silly to Journal solely on the iPhone.

When this come to the iPad?
