Apple Releases iOS 4.3 With AirPlay and Safari Improvements, Personal Hotspot

Apple's servers are getting really hammered. "2 hours remaining". I think I'll go watch a movie.
Does not look like it and the boards seemed to indicate that the Apple TV firmware was not updated with the GM seed last week either.
Anyone know of specific apps that are out or will be out that will utilize the third party AirPlay?
Im downloading it and waiting for the JB so I can later use the IPSW.

Itunes is telling me that 4.2.6 is the most current version...odd considering im running itunes 10.2.1

Nope, 3 minutes here.
Maybe its your download speed that is slow.
The first time I click check it gave me 4.2 also but cancel and check for update again and it should pick it up.
Guess I wasn't paying attention before now: the Personal Hotspot function is only available for the iPhone 4?

btw your signature should be 'for all intents and purposes'...'for all intensive purposes' actually means absolutely nothing.
Downloading through a download manager I was able to download all of the 4.3 firmwares in like 2-3 minutes.
