i got my 3rd iphone 5 today seeing as the previous too were faulty, the first one the speaker on the bottom was crackly distorted and then altogether stopped working and the second had a fault on the screen where the top left corner creaked and depressed in. my first 2 phones had this ios updater app on them ready to go on booting up the phone. the third one i got today has no updater app on it and is running ios 6.0.1 straight outta the box is this normal?? it is a properly sealed retail unit from carphone warehouse uk and is a week 44 phone. any thoughts on this would be appreciated :)

Pretty cool, although I still feel iOS needs a face lift. In other news, apparently the Galaxy S3 became the best selling smartphone. But the recent release of the iPhone 5 may help Apple reclaim the top spot. I have the S3 and I love it. Great camera and ICS runs decently enough with TW. I may get the iPhone 5S (assuming that's what it'll be called) when it comes out next year. I'm hoping iOS 7 comes with some new feature and maybe even a new look

There really wasn't a need to dig this one up out of nowhere and with nothing new either.
