Guys, check out the App Store in Beta 2. It's back to how it was before, except with a black theme. Weird! I guess the Beta 1 version was just for fun?
You might want to double check that.

I noticed this too. Really cool looking. The little things.
hmm wonder if widgets are around the corner
You might want to double check that.
There is no shiny volume control anymore.
I still have itand it's snappier!!
on the iPad its definitely the same as beta 1 ? which device are you using?
Maybe it has been mentioned before, but the Enable 3G switch is back(at least on iPhone 4S).
You might want to double check that.
Are you on an iPhone? Am I the only one with a downgraded App Store?
I know, and then i would have to install iOS 5 on it. can you confirm that it will brick it? I'm fine with the current beta as a day to day phone so if thats the case i will probably just wait a few days until someone figures a way around it.
I have an AT&T 4S and don't see that option.
looks the same as the old one ?
where you could ask siri to launch stocks and the iphone app would launch has now been removed. instead i get the actual stocks for the company Launch
Mine does... Was separate photo albums for camera roll and synced photos present in beta 1? I didn't use my iPhone that much, I hope iPad is separate now too.I have an AT&T 4S and don't see that option.
My iPhone is finally past "preparing update" and went to the regular black screen with the white apple. The loading bar is stick at ALMOST done. We'll see how this goes.
Edit: It just restarted.
Edit 2: Went to another (empty) loading bar
Edit 3: Loading bar is making progress and iTunes just recognized it as plugged in.
The phone will not brick. It will tell you that it cannot be activated. I had this happen when I installed iOS6 and my UDID did not register in Apple's system yet from the dev portal. You can downgrade back to iOS5 by going into recovery mode. You do this by turning the phone off and then holding the home button while you connect it to your computer. Keep holding home until iTunes sees the iPhone in recovery and then downgrade.
