where you could ask siri to launch stocks and the iphone app would launch has now been removed. instead i get the actual stocks for the company Launch

it says that you don't seem to have an app named stocks. it used to open the iPhone app, and your aying it opens a new iPad stocks app, but it doesn't ?

Is it safe to leave my iPhone on "preparing update", take it with me on a bike ride, and update in the middle of the ride? Or does it need to be connected to the power?

Edit: Nevermind, it's making progress. I guess I can delay my ride a bit.

As long as you have sufficient battery life you will be ok.

has anybody tried to update that has installed the iOS 6 beta 1 on their iPhone 4S that IS NOT registered with apple? if so, how'd it go for you? any issues? I'm scared its going to make my device downgrade to iOS 5, once it figures out I'm not registered with apple..

i just upgraded mine and it works fine :D ohhhh, I actually pay to have access to things. It's the opposite of stealing I think... the word escapes me.

Can someone tell me how stable these beta builds are. Last time i updated my iPod Touch to iOS 5 beta and games were crashing like anything and i had to restart iPod Touch once in a day at least , by iOS beta 4 or beta 5 it became pretty stable . So comparing to that hows iOS beta 6 . I am curious to update but i want to play games as well :)

I have found this to be the most stable beta yet. All of my apps work. (even some that haven't been updated since iOS 2 or 3) :D

I suppose we will eventually see animations all over. Can you imagine all the little App Icons doing something little like this, could get obnoxious fast.

Guys, check out the App Store in Beta 2. It's back to how it was before, except with a black theme. Weird! I guess the Beta 1 version was just for fun?

New stocks app :D
